コンセプト

日本庭園の静けさに迎えられて店内に入ると、
カウンター正面には、組子で描いた「富士山」がやわらかく浮かび上がります。
幾何の連なりで山の稜線や雲の動きを表現した具象文様で、
光に照らされるたびに四季のような微妙な表情を見せてくれます。

木の温度を感じるカウンターと庭の緑、
そして組子の陰影が重なり合い、
料理人の所作を静かに引き立てる上質な時間をつくります。

組子「富士山」は、
吉門が大切にする“日本の美意識”を象徴し、
訪れる人の心を穏やかに満たす存在です。

Concept

This resort hotel blends the quietude of nature with the refined beauty of Japanese woodworking.
At the center of the lobby, the large-scale kumiko panel Sansui Yūtei depicts mountain ranges, drifting clouds, and a pavilion through a delicate constellation of wooden pieces.
As light filters through the lattice, the gradation gently shifts, giving the space the depth and breath of a living landscape painting.

In the dining area, the abstract pattern Unka echoes the surrounding scenery.
Its soft, cloud-like rhythm merges with the warm illumination, creating a calm, enveloping atmosphere for the dining experience.

Together, the figurative and abstract kumiko motifs form a layered visual narrative—
a place where landscape and architecture quietly dissolve into one another,
opening a deep sense of rest and reconnecting visitors with their own sensibilities.
